A remake already exists - DMJava. A Potential remake engine is also available - RTC. The old engine expanded so much a remake with new cool stuff being possible also exists - CSBwin. Want a wider focused engine? Dungeon Maker

No need to mention creating yet another engine for a 'remake' when three exist a fourth one got a major part of the way and you can see the clone forum is littered with unfinished projects that were goign to be the next DM remake!

I still dunno whose voice I could be

I only noticed "she" was meant to be female when I noticed it in the RTC editor...I think he's cute so I'd probably make him sound like an excited puppy or something ;). But not so excited that he was annoying of course, blech :P.
And anyway, some people could probably do cross-gender voices (like Nancy Cartwright does Bart Simpson)...it'd be funny anyway, to have forum people's voices in a dungeon, just to hear what we sound like (doing silly voices anyway ;)).

It'd be an interesting literary challenge writing that much dialog for that many character combinations.

My voice is very deep and monotone. I could play Ernie Ford.

Actually, I'd bet sophia's will be, but hopefully we'll be able to see yours too if you are back into it!

You're both wrong - Entombed is the next remake... or does no one want Entombed any more?
