I know it because I've seen the episode a few thousand times and they repeat the phrase over and over.. my answer was the translation from the episode

I had no idea, so I googled to understand your answer. I saw, I had no chance, I had not seen this Star Treck episode.
Google is the ultimate tool about riddles. I even use it on tricky crosswords.

Here's a hint for mine - it's not from a film, it's from a computer game.

Nah, mine's nothing to do with zombies. It's from the intro of a platformer released in...the late '90s, I believe, or possibly around 2000/2001. If you haven't played the game then I suppose there's no particular reason why you'd get it, but I just wondered if anyone was familiar with it (the first in a series).
