Ok, currently in the clan stash are some superior cocktails:
Calle de meil
Rockin' wagon
Slap and tickle
Perpendicular Hula

Guarandteed to give you above ten adventures each for a reasonable amount of drunkenness :D

The trash adventure could be difficult to figure out unless you encountered the solution earlier in your adventures. I just happened to realize what I needed to do because of something I'd seen a long time ago, and I put two and two together rather unintentionally.

Yeah, I might have seen the answer and not twigged on it, sporadic play and the scary duplicity of the riddles sometimes (come on, abridged dictionary!) means I might not get this

I notice the hole/rift is visible without the transponder thing, so I wonder if it has anything to do with anything, or could be used to at least chuck the garbage in...

Eh, I will put my brain to it another time - I basically blew today on a bounty hunting thing just for fun :D

Alrighty, I wasn't sure whether you'd be able to see the available furniture...I'll list it all here for you then. Bear in mind we can only have one item of furniture per slot, but if we buy something and decide to replce it, I think it's possible to just buy another thing and it replaces the previous one, but I doubt we'd get the meat back.
Anyway...

Nail in the Wall
Girls of Loathing Calendar - 3 extra adventures per day - 50k
Boys of Loathing Calendar - Same as above
An Infuriating Painting - 5 extra PvP fights per day - 50k meat (but I don't intend to bother with any PvP stuff...dunno about you but I'm not PvP)
An Exotic Hanging meat Orchid - 1500 meat per day - 300k

An Empty Bookshelf
A Collection of Arcane Tomes and Whatnot - Members can improve their Mysticality - 50k
A Collection of Sports Memorabilia - 7 extra PvP fights per day - 100k
A Collection of Self-Help Books - 5 extra adventures per day - 100k

An Unused Outlet
A Soda Machine - "Members receive delicious, refreshing, carbonated beverages" (dunno what they do though...) - 100k
A Jukebox - "Members can listen to songs, granting beneficial effects" - 150k
A Mr Klaw "Skill" Crane Game - "Members can fish for various gift items" (I don't know of any use for these) - 250k

An Empty Endtable
An Old-Timey Radio - Beneficial effects (dunno if same as Jukebox) - 50k
A Potted Meat Bush - 500 meat per day - 100k
An Inspirational Desk Calendar - 1 extra Adventure per day - 20k

A Threadbare Rug
A Wrestling Mat - 3 extra PvP fights per day - 20k
A Tan-U-Lots Tanning Bed - Improve your Moxie - 50k
A Comfy Sofa - Use it to rest, restoring HP and MP (no idea how much though) - 100k

A Dusty Corner
A Hobo-Flex Workout System - Exercise (ie improve) Muscle - 50k
A Snack Machine - Receive junk food with various beneficial effects (similar to the drink machine, possibly?) - 100k
A Potted Meat Tree - Can pick 1000 meat per day - 200k

That's it. The things that give extra meat per day are nice, and the tanning bed might be nice for Moxie but therefore probably no use to you, Tom. And of course the extra adventure items look good. We can always save up more meat...I'm not getting much right now since I'm stil trying to get those last four (out of a hundred) drops I need for that familiar, but after that I might actually continue hunting in places where more meat drops. What also might be nice is if we got any of the meat plant things (of even all of them, hehe, one day...), we could pick and donate our daily share straight to the Clan Stash so we don't eat into our own personal stashes of meat. Meh, just an idea.

Hmm, none of the higher cost things really appeal - the calender and desk item for extra aventures (though only 3 and 1) might be an idea or save for the books too

Anyway, can think about it another time when it's not so laaaaaate! :D

You appear to have neglected the Self-Help Books (imo the only really "useful" item you can have on the bookshelf), which give five adventures per day :).

On the contrary, Moxie is extremely useful to me, and to everyone for that matter, as you need it to wear better equipment, and it helps you avoid getting hit in combat. (If you have a certain level of Moxie, enemies just miss.)

I did some research, and unfortunately the stat gains are extremely not-great (max: 30). It would be far more productive to take your extra adventures and hit the tavern, or even the temple. The items you get from the various junk machines only give you status effects, not adventures. Mr. Klaw gives you collectible items that seem to serve no purpose whatsoever. The choices to me are fairly obvious.

My suggestions:

Either wall calendar (+3 adv.)
Self-Help Books (+5 adv.)
(Leave the outlet empty)
Desk Calendar (+1 adv.)
(Leave the rug empty)
Meat Tree (+1000 meat, or else leave the corner empty)

Beo: when you finally figure out what you need, then you just need to remember what drops it. ;)

Maybe we should save up 100k for the Self-Help Books first then, getting the expensive one out of the way?
Meh, I'll just keep sticking meat in the stash anyway, and buy something fo rus when we're all certain of what we want, and can afford it.

Sounds good. I just finished the stupid MacGuffin quest and am about to start the Mysterious Island war. I'm going to take my time on it and get the super special reward.

Ok, strawberries and boxed wine gives you strawberrey wine, add a coconut shell and you get a pink pony

Vodka and orange gives you a screwdriver, add a coconut shell and you get a slip 'n' slide!

Added 3 pink ponies, 2 rolls in the hay and a slip 'n' slide to the clan stash, along with a lhic eye pie and I might dump in a pizza aswell

I haven't followed this at all, but just read the last couple of posts. Beo is clearly off his tiny trolley and as for a 'stupid MacGuffin quest', the clue was in the title...

Yeah, I keep a lihc face for wearing as protection from Spooky Damage! Meanwhile you can also meet zmobies, skeltons, skeeltons, skleletons, ghuols, and numerous other unpleasant beasties.
I'm still working on getting that familiar...then I'll get on and do something else lol. I'll have to see if this familiar's any good. I'm not really bothered if he isn't, though - I just like to get new familiars so I can name them :D.

Ooh, I'll have to make some strawberry wine. I'm having trouble finding vodka, though. I always end up using my oranges on tequila sunrises.

I'm pretty close to making the miniature skeleton. As I recall, I only need like one more bone, which I could get very quickly if I really cared all that much. Been busy these last couple days. Will have to incite the war later.

I've put a load of bones in the clan stash a while back, and have doubles/triples/quadruples etc of many others by now, I expect. I need three or four bones myself - copied and pasted the full list into Word and been deleting them as I get them (get a load of bone piles and search through them all in one go, then check that list with the Word one and see if I can cross anything off :)). After that I think I might get on with the bounty hunt I took a few weeks ago. After that I might do some more, or maybe finally get on with the MacGuffin quest or something (I'm partway through it atm)...or maybe mess around and do some other stuff. Well, I dunno...so much to do in this game! :D

Edit - Woo, just looted through the bones I picked up over the past couple of days and now only need one more, yay! :D Just a right first front claw...btw what do you need? Any duplicate bones I have are now spare and will probably stick in the stash anyway when I can be arsed/have time to do so...

Not animal bones. Just regular skeleton bones. I have a dusty lumbar first vertebra and a dusty right clavicle. The rest I got rid of long ago. I'll drop those in the stash if you want them.

Learned to make eggnog: rum + spices + ghuol egg.

Two more levels and I'll be able to use the Wok of Ages to cook some serious food. I'll let you guys know what's possible, and then you can drop ingredients in the stash if you want them converted to something good. I'll hang onto this stir fry until I can upgrade it. Meanwhile, beo, do you want me to drop fruit and booze into the stash so you can do something interesting with it?

Oh, I don't know if you guys noticed, but there was an update yesterday that added an item counter for bounty hunting. Makes it much easier now.

I have a normal skeleton bone if you need it, kept it just incase

Oooooooooooooooooooh to the eggnog. I knew there might be a use to the spiced rum!

And yes, if you have any left over booze (I guess fuit too, though the hippy shop is easy enough to drop by for the basics) and I can return the favour with the expanded cocktails. While I'#m unlocking more coconut shell ones, it's still the ones requiring ice cubes I can make easiest of all, so if you have any magical ice cubes spare they are very welcome! :D

And good to the bounty thing, I'm not really keepign up with it, but when I do I have always lost my place on how much more I need!

Surely if you forget how many items you've had drop. just go to the appropriate section of your inventory and see how many are there...unless you've forgotten the total you needed to collect in the first place I suppose...which is probably what you meant lol.
I've been out of booze for ages...need to hunt somewhere it drops but as I've been demolishing skellies in the Spookyraven Conservatory for the past month(ish), I've not had a chance...well anyway, I might do some more hunting later...one more bone! Wheee! Then I get me a new pet :D.

by beowuuf
Yes, that's what I mean - the total...just too lazy too check

Well, I went and used an item just cause I was looking through my inventory, and think I solved the plains...we shall see!

And Ameena, pleeeeeeeeeeeeenty of booze in the stash if you just want more adventures. If it's suggestively titled, it's booze that gives about 10 - 14 adventures for not much drunkenness :D

And heh, i went and cheated by harrassing a lighter weight version of my familiar, and weeeeeeeee now I have a 25 pound mosquito :D

I guess I should mess around with the others. Already tryignto grow a barnacle!

The Barrrnacle is easy to get...I put a couple in the clan stash ages ago anyway, if you can't be arsed to hunt for one yourself.
And you can generally do pretty well if training a familiar in the Arena even if your opponent is slightly heavier - if the event you choose is the one your familiar is best at and the enemy is crappiest at, your chances are improved further and you should win every time. I tend to train in the Arena only as long as it takes to get the toy for that particular familiar, then I swicth to another if he needs his toy too, or sod off and do something else...but I have all the toys for my familiars atm (about eight I think, or nine...can't remember)...will return to the Arena once I get my next one - the skelly I'll be putting together from all these bones :D.

Lol, I don't suppose you need a fifth vertebrae? I just got one from my only pile of bones

In other news, I just raised 19,000 for the clan to make 69,000 from selling my own possessions, and bouyed by that, I'm grabbing the multiples of useless items (or ones we all have by now) to sell off too.

See how far it gets...just got togo selling now :D

As mentioned in a post I made this morning, the last bone I need is a right first front claw. I'm doing some hunting now, anyway, to see if I can get it to drop...I have 70 Adventures but I think I'll use 'em in groups of twenty at a time before checking my bone piles...that way if I get a pile with the bone I need in it early on, I'll still have a bunch of adventures left in which to...erm...do stuff...anyway I'll put myself in chat while I'm at it and see if you pop up...

Ah, I'm just going to bed!

But, as a gift to the clan, I've left us with 75,000 - I got rid of 6000s worth of clan stash that I hope was not useful to anyone - basically stuff you must have dumped, that I don't need outfit wise say, so as long as there is one for Tom then its all good

so, 25,000 more to go and we can get those self help books! woohoo!

Yeah cool :D. I just noticed the 75k, which is nice. Omg I have soooo many spare bones lol...I have multiples of every bone except five of them...and of course I'm missing one. Still. Bleh. Oh well.
Once I actually get back to hunting properly, I might have to yoink that booze you put in the stash ;).

I needed the skeleton bones to make a spooky pirate skeleton familiar. He's pretty sweet: attacks every round, does spooky damage. He misses a lot at low levels, but I'm getting him up there. I also dropped a spare cocoa egg in the stash if either of you wants a cocoabo. Don't yet know what he does. I had another cocoa egg, but I turned it into a lucky surprise egg, which is 100 percent worthless unless you're a collector — which I am not — and it can't be untinkered. I might eat it for the adventure.

By the way, are you guys doing any smithing? I have a ton of ores that I'm not planning to use. I'll stash it if you want to take a look.

Here are the ingredients I added to the stash:

blackberry x7
cherry x2
ghuol egg x1 (also used for quiche, but eggnog is better)
glass of goat's milk x2
grapefruit x2
grapes x2
hellion cube x3 (any saucerers out there? I can't use these)
orange x1

I'm keeping my spices because I use them a lot in cooking. Also, if anybody comes across fertilizer for that egg, I wouldn't mind having a ghuol whelp. The fertilizer no longer drops after you use it to unlock the temple. Wish I'd known that beforehand.

I looked at some minor spoilerish stuff on smithing, somight get to it today or this weekend, but haven't

Just found out aboiut the egg thing, was planning on trying it today too!

Thanks for the fruit, will have to see what I can generate!

I've had a Ghuol Whelp for ages. I called him Nibbler. I ended up buying my fertiliser - saw it for about 3500 and got it, since it's usually around 5k. Can't remember if that was in the flea market or the mall but meh, either/or.
I have a shitload of crap in my inventory...been hanging onto most of it "just in case", since you never know when something might suddenly be needed for a quest or to get a cool item/familiar or something. But if anyone's after anything I can see if I've got it and stick it in the stash.
