As for your game, I'm completely lost. These two images do not even seem to come from the same game! It's like combining the Lord of the Rings and the Star Wars...

The two screens from mine do indeed look as if they're from different games! Nevertheless... They're not.
The second screenshot is the main gameplay. The first is between levels.
Released in the late 80s on 8-bit machines first, then 16-bit.
