I just don't know how the vodka does does it.

You know what happens at this time of night? Scientific words

I'm also finishing the 24-case of Stella. The Heineken, Canada Dark and Sleeman are emptied.

Aaarrrr--ha-ha-aaargghh to beobones! I compenstaed then you deleted and re-added. This is getting mind bending.

The trick is not them sneaking in. The trick is to make sure they don't escape too soon.

I think that alcohol might actually cancel out the inherent confusion of the story thread!

Yeah!, It makes more sense after a few beers.

I think the story thread may be be slowing down - lock it around 70 pages?

Posted: Thu Jan 06, 2005 9:12 pm
by PaulH
Agreed. I have exhausted my vocabulary of funny words.

Posted: Thu Jan 06, 2005 9:47 pm
by Gambit37
Yeah, sod it. Had enough now! Whoever starts page 70 can finish off the story with a whole sentence!

Posted: Thu Jan 06, 2005 9:50 pm
by beowuuf
Maybe 70 is too much!

Eh, you can't run out of funny words. Wankle engine is hysterical, it's just hard to use intelligently in a sentence.

?? I'ts on page 68 for me -- depends on what you've set your post limit per page to in your profile....

Posted: Thu Jan 06, 2005 10:04 pm
by PaulH
Yep, 68 for me too. I can't believe I didn't think of the fine rotary engine as an entry. Even fully grown adults (er, I actually am one I think) still snigger at it when mentioned.

I still laugh at the word "poop" (as noted in part of the story). "Poopy pants" has me howling with mirth in a little pile on the floor.

Some words just have an inherent comedy value to them. Mostly strangely named vegetables and animals.
Of course, two words together can create the same effect. I'll never forget at school when the headteacher marched in our class and shouted, 'Is their a Master Bates in here?'

hopefully they didn't have to raise their hands?

yeah, gambit, you snuck in an extra page, i hadn't noticed : )

Maybe we should allow 71 pages so other people can bid farewell to the thread, if we push this over the 70 ourselves with ravings about gollum and his wankle rotary engine!

It suddenly got fun again.....!

Hi guys ! As long as we are 2 or more on this thread at the same time, with enough beer, it can go forever !
