Monet checked in? We have a famous (and dead) French painter visiting our forums? Wow, I wouldn't have thought it was his sort of thing ;).

(Sorry :D)

Meanwhile...ouch, Haynuus :(. Well, you know, pending ouch. It seems he's about to get Scorpy-nommed from halfway across the room :O. Damn, those graks are bastards :P.

ok, that post covers the first update... If Seeroc can "reply" before reitterating his request to get the half orc I'll react... no button press yet! :)

Forgot to reply to this. Yes, I will be away from Friday - Monday. I can give a series of instructions for auto-piloting if I know roughly what my options are...

Hahahahha! Options? Hahahahha, you options are coffin materials, ahahahahaha... no, seriously, I think I'll just give you guys the weekend off. Maybe leave a hanging update over the holidays, so you can intelligently give one set of instructions for the next round of combat.

And money and ian, can you give me bluff rolls please? :D

Oh, and OB, if you are around, give me a damage roll for throttling Haynuus's double, would you? :)

Indeed. Lmao...we'll see how that one goes down...luckily, it's an opposed roll. And luckily Falkor gets to make one too. And luckily Seeroc is not in the best of states....

Still...

And @money: nice try, but Falkor's contribution to the fight has been to (actually legitimately) not know about magic scrolls (Seeroc doens't necessarily know you have memory gaps), let loose a scoprion he kept snarling at, and avoid fireballing a half-orc almost killing him. So yeah...I'm gunna need a bluff roll :D

Remember you first one was a little bit ropy at the start of the fight (or rather Seeroc's roll was good), or else this wouldn't be an issue!

Hey, Ameena is back! Or at least some large sentient rat wearing a brown travelling cloak.

Has Ardur run away? I don't see him on the map, I thought he would just hide around the corner. Damn fool kid, always getting himself into trouble.

Btw is it possible to grab without doing damage? I didn't want to hurt Haynuus, and I certainly don't want to hurt myself.

Actually all I want to do is get Farel on his feet at least and then attack Seeroc or heal Haynuus.

It's your choice whether you deal damage or not with a grab.

And of course Ameena is back. Why wouldn't she be back at the perfect time for her to be back? I'm just that good a DM. Wait, is it after 12pm yet?

Ardur may well have legged it out the door, where he may well have legged it down the corridor for a little bit, stopped, said hello to Ameena, and then then stayed where he was for the rest of the fight. Seems reasonable to me!

Farel is on his feet after last round, just not out of the grapple yet. Basically, you or Farel have to beat two grak-grak grapple checks to do anything though, so you might want to list contingencies depending on escaping and not escaping :)

Luckily, Falkor's action - it's probably not giving too much away to say - has probably removed Seeroc from the fight.

I'm not saying this is the best thing in the world or the worst thing in the world, but it's certainly a turning point for the fight. Certainly, the grak-grak's will now be easier to beat. Or harder to beat. Or somewhere in between :D

Lol, thanks for clearing that up! :)

Okay, my grapple checks were 7 and 20 respectively. If I don't escape then I keep on trying! If I escape and Farel does not I will stay and help him. If we both escape then I will move out of the way of the haze (no AoO because they are unarmed, right?) and move beside Haynuus, shouting at Farel to do the same.

Well, I can only promise that in terms of you giving out any :p

Sorry, was out for the earlier part of the evening, just settling down now, hopefully I can get a cliffhanger (or not cliffhanger at all) update up for you guys that you might see before the break!

Oh, and since it's after 12pm and I haven't taken the post away, for those of you wondering if the Ameena post was a trick of some kind, or April's Fool gag, we'll it's still up, so it isn't an April Fools' gag!

Shame on you lot for not making more of a stir at Ameena's potential return - except you OB, I'm sure Ameena will be pleased you noticed her return :D

Heh, I was rather hoping we'd keep it going longer, but since all the grak-grak disguises have dropped, we miss out on the "Is it really her...?" fun :(.

Their situation was dire, and worse yet Haynuus had realised that the screamer had gotten away.
Now you understand exactly what you are fighting for. Soorec is a smokescreen. For the screamer slice!

Lol, well a trip to the cinema first thing this morning turned into an unexpected full day out including walkiogn around the new forest and sunset at the beach.

However, since it's the bank holiday friday, apparently you guys did the same thing and I don't need to update for anything :)

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND PEOPLE!

Hmm, did see LB briefly log in, but I guess limited net time :( And OB's move is...well, let's just say I can guess what it might be mechanically...

So yeah, if with Ian posted his actions, if money can roll me a roll I can probably post the next update, and give you guys some light at the end of the tunnel.

The light is an oncoming train. And the tunnel is a mouth.

Wow, shit, two people died at once . I'd better wait for a response from Falkor before I post another murafu post up...

Well, Ian seems to have a good gameplan, will he be able to push all the horrors behind bars before they unfreeze? Will the scoprion let him? What will everyone else be doing? Will there be a reprieve for Farel and Westian, or will they remain deader than a dead thing?

Answers...umm, at some point I guess!
