Ooooh, that's about the only reason to try Netflix that I can see, nice one :-)

Programmers might like this Stack Overflow Q&A:

What is the best comment in source code you have ever encountered?
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1846 ... ncountered

I rather like:

Code: Select all

// Magic. Do not touch.

Code: Select all

stop(); // Hammertime!

Code: Select all

// I am not sure if we need this, but too scared to delete.
and

Code: Select all

/* Please work */

Well now, such descriptive comments. I can really get an understanding of what the programmer was trying to accomplish with the lines of code from those comments. :P

Great job! I wasn't sure about his pencil sketching, it seemed weird to focus on small areas at a time like that -- would like to know what references he was working from or if it was straight from brain-to-paper.

EDIT: My brightness was too high, I didn't notice that there was an outline to begin with... it actually looked like he was just shading in details in little unconnected blocks...

In the pixel work, there's a few places where you quickly see two colours turned into a block-dither. Is that an auto-function!? Extremely handy! :-)

That was a cool find.

I often find it relaxing watching a video of an artist crating a work of art, and this video was no exception.

given the challenge was to do 100% pixel art I did feel he cheated a little.. but all my recent pixel art is 100% cheat anyway since I just paint normally in photoshop, convert to gif and refine.. but I remember using deluxe paint 3 to do 100% of the work.. 1 miserable pixel at a time... with a mouse.. ugh.. The end result is pretty cool too.. he's obviously better with the pixel tool than he is with the pencil anyway :)

I remember playing around with D-paint 3 on my old Amiga... That brings back some memories... sorta makes by feel all nostalgic.

I tried that piano game, got 1845 as my personal best, not a bad game.

The button affair looks like one of those old time side-scroller games, and I do like some of those types of games. I'll probably take a closer look at it later on.

I couldn't play FPS-Man as it requires a plug-in I don't have and don't feel like installing any new plug-ins atm. too bad too, cause I like most pac-man type games.

Image WOW! What else can I say? WOW! That's one massive undertaking, and some amazing work. And a ton of money invested on Lego packs. :P
