Entered L13 and I can touch 180 on a good day but it's floating at about 175 buffed - muscle floats around the 130 - 145 and mysticality is probably around 130
The Mr accessory actually adds +15 per stat, so and the badass belt from combining your quest items is another +5, so together they ain't too shabby
But of course that means overall I must be doing worse with my moxie management

In celebration of my acquisition of the transcendental noodlecraft skill, I put one pr0n chow mein and four tofu chow meins in the stash for you guys to enjoy. Yikes, those things were expensive to make. I can summon up to five batches of dry noodles a day, and it costs 1,000 meat apiece to buy the MSG, plus other ingredients. I'll try to do a couple per day, and you guys can share. If you happen to find any dry noodles or MSG, send it my way. I'm not even sure MSG is a drop item, though.
Alright. Once we get a decent supply of chow mein, it's time to tackle that island. I'm not looking forward to it.

If you chaps let me know what kind of crap you need to make your various assorted cool stuff, I'm just kinda pissing about in random zones atm so I don't mind going on the hunt for stuff in the easier zones if you need it. Maybe I'll gain a level out of it (eventually...
), in which case I'll probably have another pop at those spirit bastards
.

Hmm, if we can get brains and frilly skirts and meat car parts we can probably make those camp maids for extra adventures, of you have any ice cubes, shells or umbrellas tom's given me enough alcohol to make some nice stuff - though fruit's always welcome too!
Can I suggest you adventure back in the black forest ameena? I foudn the money drop and foods there pretty bloody good! black hams, black and tams and black puddings (if they don't bite back) seem pretty good, and the black pension checques are a good @450 meat drop a shot too
The monsters should be advanced enough you can gain your stats quick enough to tackle the spirits again in short order

I've never seen ice cubes, shells, or umbrellas so I've probably never hunted wherever they drop. I think I may have a couple of brains, and I got a bunch of skirts and car parts the other day 'cause I had a bounty in Degrassi Knoll.
I might hunt in the Black Forest again - it was pretty cool there, not too hard and the cheque things off the Black Widow Spiders were cool for the meat

Yeah, the spiders are wicked really - their picnic baskets and cheques are cool
And Tom - that pron chow mein was pretty sweet! 17 adventures, so I assuem the random distribution would put ti one above the advenced cocktails
Wow, it's nice to have alot of adventures - I reckon you should keep them for yourself for now and enjoy them so you can adventure for your evil quest

Boris's day! Sorry Tom, kinda grabbed a few meins before I realised - will put one back. You should gorge yourseself! Foot limits seem to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up today! You too Ameena - there are a few cool things aorund in the stash I think, and can blow a few adventures to make stuff too (beans can go to spicey bean buritos)
I'm not sure if stuff is giving more food value, don't think it is

Hmm, finding the palindrome for the macguffin quest....am I just getting hit by poor random numbers looking at the pirate's cove, or is that just flavour text in the diary?
I started goign to the tavern instead, but that ended my day's adverntures fast when I got too drunk
Am I on the right track, or a totally different course needed? The forum help seems to say' read the diary'

To get to the Palindome, you need two matching items which drop off a certain type of pirate in the OPC...said item won't drop until you're on the MacGuffin quest. Combine the items to enable the Palindome.

Ok, I spent a while off the macguffin quest (finished the bits I was on surprisingly easy, dunno what inspired me to look for two of the items i nthe right place!) I decided to go back and try7 to make somehting out of the bricks of sand
10 bricks later and still no deal, I'm giving up
If anyone has multiples of 5 handfuls of sand, you can make bricks - perhaps 15 bricks would make something...dunno!
Aaaaaaaaaaaanyway, in the clan stash if anyone else wants to have a try - I'm off to explore a pyramid and gain a level to 14

I haven't done anything involving bricks or sand yet so I haven't got a clue. I did manage to kill one of those Protector Spirits earlier today though, right before I went to work - after getting hit a few times I remembered to try using one of those Scrolls of Ancient Unspeakable Evil and the ghosty poofed, yaaaay
. I'll do the other three when I got time

Hmm. Not only am I getting bored with the game, but it's going out of its way to try my patience. I can no longer log on when my spare time coincides with my inclination to play. Just about time to call it quits, I think. Before that happens — if it happens — I'll sell all my junk and dump the money in the stash. I would still like to try for the wossname and donate some serious food items to the clan, though. It feels like I'm pretty close to the end anyway, being level 15 and all. Oh, and if you guys happen across any herbs, I need those to make secret herbs and spices, as all the super-foods require them.
You mean physically log on? There are different servers, if one is slow (like www.2kingdon, then try logging on with a different number (I switch between 2 and 7 if one becomes slow, usually works)
IF you mean mentally, then that's a shame - ascension is level 16 isn;t it?

It could have been the connection here. We had a bad storm last night, but it seems like a frequent occurrence that I'm unable to log on, or at least load pages in a timely fashion. Anyway, this game lasted quite a bit longer than I expected. I've given up on other games in a matter of days, and this one held me for nearly two months, so that's pretty good. I think it needs some serious overhauls in the interface design. For example, combining things really should use a graphical menu similar to the inventory. I can't tell you how tired I get of list boxes, and that's the main reason I don't bother with anything that has a list box. It could be vastly improved as a Java applet.
I don't know what I'm gonna do with all this filthy lucre I've accumulated, I can't give away or sell any of the bounty items.

Ascension is when you kill the Naughty Sorceress, the quest for which you're given at level 13 (I'm not sure whether you have to have completed all the previous Council quests first though). When you complete that quest you can start again (ie Ascend) and choose if you wanna ba Hardcore, Oxygenarian, or whatever. Whenever I get round to completing my first Ascension, I'll remember to try for the Grue and the House in the Strange Leaflet quest as I missed 'em this time around

Does one of you have access to the bugbear bakery? If so, would you mind buying me some casserole dishes? I can make lasagna for you. ;)
Wouldn't you know it, I just discovered some interesting things to do with my time before I'm tough enough to get my wossname. Looks like I'll be around for a bit. Unfortunately, to get the really good staves, we need someone who can smith properly.
Oh, and by the way, I found an item that reduces your drunkenness: it's called a mojo filter, and you can sometimes get it from the beatles in the Oasis. (They also drop a good ranged weapon if you guys are looking for one.)
P.S. More tofu chow mein added to the stash. Enjoy.
P.P.S. Changing the server number doesn't work for me. It keeps redirecting me to the same one, and subsequently not letting me log on.

I can access the bugbear bakery, more casserole dishes - though if you go to the fun house more you can get an outfit yourself
Also, got the mojo filter for mthe desert a few days ago, and thoughtit was only for accension stuff - thought spleen damage was from harccore, not for normal drinking - so will try that out!
Anywya, adventures built, when I get back home I can get the small piramd sorted out - I don't know if I need a second bomb, or need to use the bomb where there is nothing i nthe other cmamber

Just this morning I decided to get my own outfit so I can have unlimited dishes.
I have quite a few pastamancer items that increase spell damage. Could you be more specific?
You only need one bomb. You just have to use it in the right place. That's where you find Ed the Undying, right? I'll give you a hint: be prepared for a very long fight. Or should I say, many shorter fights.

The Pastamancer item is an off-hand item, a book called "Sinful Desires" I think it was. Something like +10 (or was it 20) to Spell Damage and makes all spells do Sleaze damage or something. It's worth 2k meat so I figured it was probably quite a good item. If it's no use to you I'll just leave it in my inventory for a few years or something

I've already got one. In fact, I've got all the spellbooks that I know of, plus accessories. My spell damage is around +25/+5% or something. Thanks anyway.
I'm running out of things to do, and my spell damage is so ridiculously high now that I think I'm ready to start the war, so that'll be my task for the next umpteen days.
By the way, does anybody need a maid? If so, I'll go for the parts.

I have a Disembodied Brain, if that's what's needed...but I've only got the one. I seem to recall it dropped off the automatic sweeper things, which I think were in Fernswarthy's Tower. Not been there for yonks now.
And what is this Ultimate Moxie Headgear of which you speak? Sounds like it might be interesting. I got myself a new hat yesterday - a worn top hat off a skeletal tap dancer in the Spookyraven Ballroom. Better AC than the f3d0r4 I was wearing before and a better Moxie bonus and some combat initiative.
I have some more springs btw Wuffy if you want 'em for thingys-in-a-box. I have a load of other crap too. Oh did I say, I finally ganked the rest of those Protector Spirits yesterday, now I know how to do it in one hit without them even hitting me (well, as long as I get the initiative
). Now I'm working on the part in Spookyraven Manor. Then I think it's the Palindome and I already have both parts of the charm needed for that as I had a bounty quest in the necessary location a few days ago.
