I had found out about the guy smashing the light bulb. I just can't see the point ! Red herring ? All right then...
Thanks for the hints Beo... Haven't found out how to get rid of the landmine yet.

There are two ways to dispose of the landmine; one is consistently repeatable and is the 'proper' way, but there's another way that is very tricky but also means you don't have to do a rather large part of the puzzle.
That doesn't really help does it?
OK, hint: See saw.

OK, PMd ya!
And yes, the lightbulb is a red herring. But make sure you check your windows. Logic doesn't apply.

convert troops in the temple, then you have littel guys at the top
so when you click on the flags you train the tropps to be archers or wizards, etc

Yup you need to drop your little guys in the range to train them to become archers.

All right I finished Hapland ! Thanks Beo for the PMs that really didn't spoil the fun. I had come so close !
I'd love to hear about the unconventionnal landmine exploding technique now.

how do you get little guys? I keep picking up those other bastards and dropping them from great heights
should I be collecting them instead?

you throw then for about three boring levels, then get the temple, then drop them into your castle, then you get to convert people : )
don't spend all your money though, as it costs to keep your soldiers, or else you lose them next go

I've played that Castle game before...the big dudes are annoying once they start coming...can't remember how you kill them offhand. Fun game though

Very cool site linked by someone on my EQ guild page...
http://y.20q.net
It guessed dragon, Outer space, Bookcase, pet rat, African Grey parrot, and some others, but it didn't get hippogryph. Ha ha

LOL You mean the cannibals and the monks? That one is a bit tricky. I can give you the solution if you want. Otherwise, just register - it's no big deal to do - and you can access the solutions.

I had a quick look at that site Valdera but there's something seriously wrong with it in Firefox: the flash game is the size of a postage stamp and unusable. There's absolutely no excuse for that, so I won't be wasting my time on it.

Not impressed with the mineral quiz: It guessed my digital camera after 26 guesses, and didn't even come close to 'torch' (flashlight): when I said "close" to it's guess of 'lightbulb filament' it then suggested "house key". It also disagreed that a torch could sometimes be heavy, could be put on a desk, could be put in other things and produces heat. Duh!
Anyway, it gets far too much information -- the true quiz should only be animal, mineral or vegetable.
I'm in a grumpy mood. Can you tell?

I tried that flash game in IE (grrrrr) -- it's full size and playable. Got the cannibals and monks on the third attempt, it's quite straightforward. Ner ner!
