I feel like I know nothing about movies when I come here lol! The LoTR quote was familiar, but only upon reading its origin did it click for me. And the quote "You're the disease. And I'm the cure." is also familiar, but I feel like it will only make it out of the deep-end of my memory when the answer is given!

Maybe I'll be a better clue giver than getter... This one might have been done already, but I'll give it a go anyway:

"Come out to the cost, we'll get together, have a few laughs"

Yes, Saumun is right :). I can't remember which episode it's from but it's a quote that comes up fairly often whenever they show clips of the show. Here is a random cool thing I read about this show on TV Tropes a while back...it relates to the ending so I'll put it in spoiler tags in case anyone hasn't seen it yet and wants to -
Spoiler
So at the beginning of every episode you get the back-and-forth thing between Numbers Six and Two, culminating in the former yelling "I am not a number, I am a free man!" and Two doing a gleeful-sounding Evil Laugh in response. But if you take the part of the exchange just before that and put a comma in, you find that the biggest question of the series has been answered all along, every episode.
"Who is Number One?"
"You are, Number Six."
I just thought that was cool :D.

That actually is pretty cool... I never considered it.

@Saumun: Indeed, it is Cobra!

@Sambini: I had problems understanding your quote even after reading it several times, so I Googled it ( ) and found there's a rather significant typo there: not "cost" but "coast"!

Right, so a new one here: "How do you plead?" -- "Errr... not guilty?" -- "I KNEW YOU'D SAY THAT!"

Didn't actually remember the quote... but once i knew it was Stallone, Cobra seemed that most likely for that type of statement.
No idea about your knew one though!

I don't recognise any of these, lol. I think basically I'm terrible at any non-famous quotes from non-animated films :D.

Then I can serve you with "Ну, Заяц, ну, погоди!"

 No, it's from a Soviet animated series "Nu, pogodi!" ("You just wait!") that was... errr... inspired (diplomatically speaking) by Western titles like Tom and Jerry. It was a must here before 1989 (with no chance to watch Western things we just had to love it as kids).

My most favourite episode was "On the road" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGo4cfPKbhk).

Right. Now back to serious business. My quote "How do you plead?" -- "Errr... not guilty?" -- "I KNEW YOU'D SAY THAT!" comes from another less known Stallone movie.

I don't think I've ever actually seen a Sylvester Stallone film...unless you count Antz, in which he isn't the main character but voices one of the main character's friends.

Hmmm... If it is Stallone, then based on the context of the quote ("How do you plead?") i'd guess at Judge Dredd... but i'd be lying if i said i actually remembered it.

And it really is Judge Dredd, one of the rather bizarre early 1990s action movies.

Simply because i've just watched it for the first time in years, i'll try this one....

"Get to the chopper!"

Oh, it's certainly a Schwarzenegger movie, I can just hear him saying it... but which one I don't know. I don't know... is the chopper here for a motorcycle or a helicopter? Honestly, this quote could fit into many action movies.

And my quote, the shortest and simpliest one: "D'oh!"

It certainly is Mr. Schwarzenegger! Clue: Helicopter.

As for that last quote... I'm assuming (since it's Homer's catchphrase) that it's The Simpsons Movie, but maybe not! I suppose something like that could pop up in other movies.

I recognise the Arnie quote - I hear it quite often in some of the YouTube vids I watch (by people playing games, not by Arnie himself :D) but I'm not entirely sure which film it's from. Maybe Total Recall or something like that?

"Get to the Chopper!" is from Predator

OK, so what about this one:

"This job would be great if it wasn't for the %^&*$?# customers."

That is from Clerks. Confident on this one!
And yes... It was indeed Predator.

Yep, Clerks it is. One of my favourite films of the 90s... it's where the '37' in my profile name comes from :)

OK, try this: "Hearts will never be practical until they can be made unbreakable."

Hmmmm.... No. Don't know that one.

Concur on Clerks. Fantastic film!

Arr, I did wonder if it was Predator but forgot to mention it. I've only seen it once and that was aaaages ago. Never seen Clerks. The only Kevin Smith film I've seen is Dogma. Don't recognise your quote, Gambit :(.

My quote isn't the most famous one from the wonderful film in question.

Ah. So isn't in from The Wizard of Oz? I've never seen the film but I think something like that is in the book (that I've never read in English though  ).

I have seen it, but a looong time ago. Presumably the quote in question refers to the Tin Man but I don't know who would've said it to/about him. Maybe the Wizard?

Most likely. As I said, I don't recognise the quote itself, it just makes the best sense to me.

I loved the book as a kid, it was one of my most favourite ones. I preferred my parents or grandparents reading it even when I was old enough to read it myself, just to enjoy the moments even more. It's so fantastic and so provoking a child's imagination!

It's from "Fifty shades of red", a biography of certain Mr. V.V. Putin [*].

No idea about Zedd's.

I'll give a clue for mine... Mid 1990s and Bruce Willis is in it.
