Aha... That'll be Tremors then Zedd.

Saw Rambo 3 round about it's time of release, but have never seen it since. Would never have got that one.
I'll try another...

"My God... It's full of stars!"

Although that is not the one i was thinking of... since this is not just about movies, i must give you that one CS!

I was thinking of 2010: The year we make contact...
The line does not appear in 2001: A Space Odyssey (the movie), but it DOES appear in the novel... So fair play to you!

For the last part of the movie (Jupiter and beyond the infinite) there is a lovely video sync with Pink Floyd's "Echoes" on Youtube.
It fits so well, it's eerie!

That was a little off-topic... Apologies!

Not really, you're explaining yourself about what you said and that to me is NOT off topic. I'd prefer it that way, it flows with understanding how the person thinks about what they said, angled, straight and narrow answers do not offer much, rather sterile and unfriendly, appreciate the explanation even if it is a little off topic, learn more that way. Thanks Saumun.

Finally I get one. :D It was the response to "Why are you wearing that stupid bunny suit?" in Donnie Darko. Loved that movie.

It comes from a loose trilogy. Another longer quote from the trilogy might be:

"Ten thousand... twelve thousand... fifteen... sixteen... seventeen... twenty-two. Twenty-two?"... BANG! BANG! BANG!... "Twenty-seven."
"Any trouble, boy?"
"No, old man. Thought I was having trouble with my adding. It's all right now."

No... Still can't think what it might be.
The second set of quotes are not ringing any bells, but the three coffins one... I'm sure i've heard that before.

Lol... great film Blazing Saddles.
Try this one:-

"I admire its purity. A survivor... unclouded by conscience, remorse, or delusions of morality."

sounds very familiar, was that aliens? Bishop perhaps?

No idea about CS's or Jan's (though from context I'd guess the samev trilogy).

How about:
"Harry from work, he was the boss"

Indeed.

Ahh I recognised the Alien quote without necessarily knowing it was from Alien, as I have recently watched a playthrough of Alien Isolation on YouTube, and I'm pretty sure that quote came up. I haven't seen the original Alien film but I know enough and picked up enough knowledge from the Isolation vids to know that must therefore be Ash speaking :). Bishop is from Aliens (the second film) and
Spoiler
is a Synthetic like Ash but is one of the good guys and remains so throughout the film
:).

I don't recognised the Harry one either.

Yes... It is indeed Ash from the original Alien film.
