So, apparently the beer plastics are for creating six-packs or Sir Schlitzthingies....

I wonder if you can go way above your drunkenness with a six pack like that ready for the next day?

It's priobably best to start looking at the descriptions for drinks - as you get the cocktail make up. LIke somehtign recently being a combination of unmrella, soda water and whiskey.

I hope you guys don't mind: I took all the meat stacks out of the stash and converted them into money for the coffer. They weren't doing much good sitting there. I suggest turning the rest of that junk into cash, too, so we can buy some sweet clanhall items.

I'm actually getting tired of the game. I sort of figured this would happen, as it's happened with every other online game or MUD I've ever played. Once the novelty wears off, I get bored and move on to something else. In this case, however, it's the utter lack of logic. Most things seem to happen by chance, and that's not fun to me. I'd like to discover the game's secrets but with only 40 turns a day and everything whipping my ass right off the plate, it's hard to do anything productive.

Just a heads up. Since it's an easy game to play, I probably won't stop anytime soon, but my enthusiasm has worn off. Fortunately, that means I won't have a use for my money, so I'll be dumping a lot more into the coffer.

Oh, I wondered if it was possible to strip apart a meat stack but the Untinker couldn't do it and I didn't really think of any other way to manage it.

I know that only the Muscle classes (Seal Clubber and Turtle Tamer) can make uber Meatsmithing stuff, Mysticality classes (Saucerer and Pastamancer) do Cooking, while the two Moxie classes (Disco Bandit and Accordion Thief) are the only ones who can max their Cocktailcrafting. I've never tried any of the three tradeskills yet, though. Omg I have so much crap in my inventory. Ooh I have a few spare Evil Golden Arches - I'll stick 'em in the stash for you guys if you want a set - stick a pair of 'em together and put 'em in your campground...you can them use 'em once per day for some free food or a drink (it's random what you get).

Lol, sounds cool

Hhe, I made my first cooking thing today - wad of dough used into flat dough, with some tomato and i got the world's most boring pizza!

Spooky muschrooms couldn't be used as a topping though :(

Yeah, it sounds like cooking is a good route for us. Then we can dump things on the flea market and pimp out our clanhall, as well as having our own stash of foodstuffs in case we want to do some serious adventuring. It's quite possible I was simply playing the game wrong, which I did with the Sims 2 during my first couple stints. You really have to play it like a game, not a simulation, and go for the characters' objectives. It seems we may have found our niche as pastamancers. :)

Oh, I've just realised I have been stupid not to realise some of the previous areas and quests.

Just killed the bat and got some nice meat - enough to have cooking and cokctailign for my character. Opened the spookyraven manor too, and finally discovered the firars you've been talking about!

So excited!

Has anyone opened the spookyraven library - I was thinking perhaps there are some nice books for the smithing stuff perhaps?

I guess meatsmithing is the way to go for more protection and killing power too!

No, I've never heard of Spookyraven...
You know you get a new Council quest every time you ding a new level? Though the quests seem to be a level or two in advance of the level you get 'em...I found the mobs rather tough at the time anyway. One boss mob, in particular, from one quest, is really tough :P.
I'll stick those Evil Golden Arches in the stash in a few mins, since I forgot to do it earlier. I'll bung in some other crap too, if I've got anything spare :D.
Oh, and I'll be in the chat while I'm doing so if anyone fancies popping in, but I'm not on for long - just checking forums etc and sorting that KoL stuff then going to bed.

Err...Pool balls?
I might poke around in the Haunted Pantry a bit more today, then - it depends on whether or not I have any spare adventures.

Yeha, I thought I saw them in the clan inventory...must have been in the markets then

I have an 8 ball and 2 ball, the 2 ball beign an off hand item that gives you bonuses to cold damage/attacks

And I wasted basically all day's aventures on my secondary character to fail to get the pine scented thingie. Thats' what annoys me abotu the game at times - if you are relying on random chance to find somethign in an area, you have to KNOW that it will appear or else you could easily give up. Liek the graverobbers, I knew I must get a shovel so percevered. However, with the pine bat, didn't really think about it, so found nothing and left before!

And we, i made interesting pizzas! knob sausage gives sausage pizza (seems to be about 5 - 8 adventures) and knob mushroom (only made one)

You get everythign fro mthe knob kitchens

Also, cooking takes one adventure no m,atter what, so probably best to stash a load of ingredients and roll out a conveyor belt of making as much as you can of an item

It uses an adventure if you use the place in town - if you buy a whatever-in-a-box and put it in your campground, it doesn't use an adventure - my dad has one (can't remember what) and he told me.
I'm sure I saw a pine-scented air freshener in the stash last night - have a look and see. Oh, and you know, there's nothing stopping you putting your alts in the clan too ;).

I spent all of today's adventures collecting food and money, and then I ate most of the food because I didn't have a single pan for making pizzas. It figures.

It's possible I dropped those pool balls in there. I really don't remember. I found a couple cues, too, but I'm pretty sure I sold them along with all the other useless junk I sold before I knew everything had a use.

How the heck did you open up the other bat chambers, beo? I have the miner's outfit and did a little mining in the Knob Lab, but it doesn't help squat for breaking down those walls. And the only explosives I've ever found are a couple firecrackers.

Edit: I dropped a bunch of stuff in the stash if you want to cook something.

As with the air freshener, the thing you need to open up the rest of the Bat Cave drops there - it drops at Guano Junction. If you've been adventuring there a while you may have some already. It may help to examine every new item you loot, just as a general rule - sometimes that can help. The way to demolish those walls isn't, I think, too far-fetched, since I managed to work it out.
You need some kind of force to break down the walls...but not physically hitting them or whatever.

Well I didn't know I needed those things you need to get through the barriers - I just figured it out by looking at the items and trying to use them.
Hopefully when we can get some more meat in our clan stash I'll be able to buy us something which gets us more adventures per day...furniture costs 20k, 50k, 100k, or 200k (depending on what it is). I dunno if you guys can see the list of stuff when you select one of the slots in the Rumpus Room, but when we have 20k I'll ask whether you fancy one of the 20k items or continue to save up for something better (the thing that enables you to get 1500 meat per day, for example, costs 200k...I think...maybe 300k I can't remember).
I think meat must become MUCH easier to get later on - various familiars and items of equipment add to your meat-gained-when-you-win-a-fight thing...

And there are specials too that let you get meat. Plus some of the harder fights seem to give you tons too!

Ooh, ooh, Tom, have to trained in the pasta entanglement spell yet? It'e pretty cheap, it's pretty low cost, and yet it blocks your foe for a few rounds - not too shabby to help in combat

Bigger monsters might have more resistence, but the elite guards aren't that shabby yet and it blocked them for @ 3 rounds

Various familiars can do stuff like that too...I have one which apparently "trips up" enemies (not tried it yet though - been levelling another familiar instead). The one I'm levelling atm attaches to enemies and "slows them down". I just got another one today, which eats the corpses of mobs to restore your hp and mp. The mosquito of course steals hp and gives 'em to you (so I take him with me for a bit if my hp is low). I have another familiar as well but I'm not sure what he does yet.

I'll take a Seven & 7 with eight marachino cherries and sugar on the rim.

I didn't read your spoiler, but if you're talking about sonar in a can, I sold all those because I thought they were worthless.

I don't know how you managed to beat the goblin king. He trashed me in two hits. I'll try investing in a better spell and do a stun-blast-stun-blast combo. By the way, if either of you can bake cookies, I put some white chocolate chips in the clan stash. They're good for mysticality. I still haven't cooked anything yet.

Remember today is egg hunting day! Gte your basket and play some of the old stomping grounds, you randomly get eggs (one type for an area)

Some are massive restoratives, some give you bonus M, and one gave me a sensory effect

Got the key to the library in spookymanor and got my arse handed to me by a banshee. Then went to the friars area, and got my arse handed to me. I'm guessing if I need to find somethign to prevent damage

In a parallel regard, i can now withstand fightign a mimic! Never could before!
