@money: Ok, cool. I assume carrying on round the room systematically. Ian did mention checking out the central tomb - do you want Haynuus to checl that out, or help Falkor?
@everyone:
One last thing - instead of advancing you a level after this area is done, you kicked mummy arse so well I'm boosting your characters to third level now.
How this will break down:
a) Everyone gets to pick another
feat from the general feats list. Ian, you aren't limited to fighter feats, and this will be the last chance to pick a non-fighter feat until Haynuus has six levels. The choice is yours
b) Your characters will be eligible for multiple classes (see which below), but may only take one level in a single class. So you become either 3rd level <current class>, or 2nd level <current class> 1st level <new class>.
If you take a new class, you get everything associated with that class at 1st level, except the 4 x skill points. You only get the normal number of skill points for advancing a level instead.
- previous cross-class skills might become class skills. You don't double the ranks you had in them. However, the ceiling
is higher, so you can assign more points into those skills than before.
- you might get better weapon/armour proficiencies. Your character will feel nauseous, then realise he had somehow forgotten that training until now. If your class has worse proficiencies, you keep your better ones. If either class has penalties for using certain items, these don't go away.
Haynuus: he can advance as a fighter as normal, or choose to advance as a rogue for his sneaky thinking and club natural 20!
Westian: he can advance as a cleric as normal, or choose to advance as a fighter.
Falkor: he can advance as a wizard as normal, or choose to advance as a rogue for entering the fray, and general sneaky curiosity/questions.
Ameena: she can advance as a rogue as normal, or by choosing to enter the fight boldly for several rounds can also choose to take a fighter level instead.
I can list a cheat sheet for you all once you know how you would like to advance, but I'll leave you to try it yourself first
This was the post I didn't do on Friday/Saturday. Ameena's already advanced over the weekend.
