That is really familiar and I'll probably kick myself when I hear it, but nothing is coming to me.

				Another from the same movie...
"Listen up doc... I'm your best friend, okay? I'm the lifesaver and the heartbreaker."

The "Where we're going..." and that latest quote both sound like they should be from one of the Back to the Future films, but neither sound exactly like they fit into any of the trilogy. So maybe some other film spoofing or paying weird homage to them?

I'll give it up. Doesn't look like anyone's going to get this one...
It's from Event Horizon.

Ah, not familiar with that film, Saumun. Jan, I recognise yours...I have an image of a guy throwing away the pistol after beating its wielder in a fight and somehow I feel like it's from one of the prequel Star Wars films - Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon, perhaps?

Yeah, you're right! It's Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan, who - in my opinion - was the only light spot in the dark muddle of the prequels (with Qui-Gon as one of the darkest cores of it all... "I have a bad feeling about this" -- "I don't sense anything", "Republican credits will do fine" -- "No they won't"

   ).

Hope this one hasn't been done before, but i don't really want to go through twenty five pages, so....
"As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster!"

All I can say is that I never wanted to be a gangster, I always wanted to be a
lumberjack! Leaping from tree to tree as they flop the mighty rivers of British Columbia!

No takers for the gangster quote... It was from Goodfellas.

I can't remember whether I've done a quote from this film before, but here we go anyway...
"You mean you're not a sorcerer?"
"Yes. Sort of. I'm a farmer."

I can give you another quote from the same film (but different characters)...
"Wanna breed?"
"Mmm, tempting, but, no."

Well, in the absence of anyone else having any guesses I may as well tell you - it was from Willow

.

Aah... Willow! Long time since i saw that one. To be honest, you probably could have gave another ten quotes and i wouldn't have got it. Something just felt familiar about the first one, but i could easily have got it confused with something else.
How about...
"What do I know about diamonds? Don't they come from Antwerp?"

My quotes were from Snatch.

Nope. It's a song, actually, from a movie. Kind of march song, but rather for kids mostly.
