If anybody fancies a few minutes of amusement, phone the AOL helpline and ask them something technical (how to plug your keyboard in usually foxes them).
Better change my avatar! Ameena, draw me something spring like lol!

Ah... Easter, the season of chocolate eggs.
And the Easter Bunny.
And hot cross buns.
And something vaguely to do with Jesus, but I don't think anyone really bothers with that little detail anymore.
Like Christmas, really.

@Ven Ra:
linflas isn't a fan of signatures, you know...

I actually like that picture somehow...

When signatures are large and bigger than the actual messages being posted, they become offensive. It would be good if you could decrease the size of the pic and put the text on one line if you must insist on a sig, Ven Ra.
Personally, I don't see the point of forum sigs -- they don't do anything useful that you can't already get from someone's profile and they basically slow everything down and bloat the page.

i didn't say i don't like this "Ven-Ra" logo, nice idea anyway, but i don't like big (and often unuseful) signatures.

Sorry to have caused offence, I forget that other people have different forum skins and different screen size resolutions...
I would have had the picture as my avatar, but the image just dosn't look right when reduced to 80x80 pixels.
I'll remove the text, would that be okay - or do you think it *really* dosn't work with the picture?

errrmmmmm... if you're not a hardcore poster like beo, well

Vamos me amor!
Lol, it's some spanish lyrics from a Rammstein song. No wacky cigarettes were harmed in the making of this post. And you translated it perfectly

Ven Ra, you can make a picture (that appears below your text) smaller and put it onto your avatar (say somewhere between that guy and the "planet"- or whatever it is).

Well, it doesn't bother me anymore -- I blocked it using AdBlock!
phpBB really needs the vBulletin profile setting "Hide user signatures? Yes/No" -- I hope they have that in v3....

Firkin AOL! Its at it again! Can get on the net for 30 seconds then MON FUL IR! I lose the connection, the DSL light fails and AOL crashes. I have reinstalled it, reinstalled the modem drivers, bought a better cable, had BT install a new socket but the thing still fails. The only way I can get online is to quickly stop all the annoying AOL start up crap as it loads, switch to FireFox and disable images.
Gonna have to change ISP, but my family and I have so many accounts set up using our AOL addresses, over 4 years worth.

I saw you there Linflas, but you didn't say a word and then suddenly went off. So, if you had reconnected, you would have met us.
