Well, when I launch CSB with RTC, I can create my party. But after, where is the utility disk to convert the savegame to go in CSB ?

It's not like original CSB where you need to mess around with utility disks.
Once you have saved your party, restart RTC, select CSB again, but this time click on the scroll
You will come to an options screen, one of which is 'start new adventure'

Take your party from your CSB saved game, and you will start in the dungeon
This also means you can select a DM or Reactor saved game party to attempt the dungeon too
