For the book of magic, there could be an action "Cast":
the holder of the book would cast the spell he has prepared.
This would be a good alternative to searching the character spell runes bar in a combat.

Done for V0.38...

...or at least, I've added the following new actions:

- RUNES_CAST_CHARACTER; casts the runes for the character that performed the action
- RUNES_CAST_PARTY; casts the runes for all the party members
- RUNES_CLEAR_CHARACTER; clears all the runes for the character that performed the action
- RUNES_CLEAR_PARTY; clears all the runes for all the party members

You can then add these to the spellbook (or anything else, for example a trigger at the start of a no-magic area) in custom dungeons.
