Funky stairs

Perhaps stairs should work as teleporters, with a defined target.

The default is one level up and one level down but the ability to move the players two levels up or more down (Long stairs :) ). Makes it possible to do "impossible" dungeon layouts. Could perhaps be useful for develish puzzles. Or plain and simple "get lost" mazes.
