Bandage items

Just a thought, at the moment critical injuries are only healable through magic...which is fine, as injuries like this might never heal, or would do so over a longer period of time than a dungeon crawl!
But it would be nice for less magic heavy dungeons to have proper bandages too, that aid these wounds slightly. So for example a character wearing a splint doesn't become a slow pain in the neck, but (unless you are using stackable inventory!) can't wear armour, and so on
