Ninja experience

It seems that the most important factor for gaining Ninja experience is the weight of items thrown.
While it is nice to have a possibility to train Ninjas with boulders and stone clubs, actually fighting like a Ninja should be given more xp in experience.
I mean, some minutes of heaving around boulders will raise you faster in Ninja levels than shooting scores of monsters with missiles and finishing them barehanded.
So the actual damage done by an Ninja attack to an actual monster should get the character much more experience (I do not want that the weight thing is removed from the engine, I just want to add other possibilities to become an experienced Ninja).
