Stamina + weight

Stamina levels don't seem to drop too much, but there does seem to be a weight reduction effect happening anyway that is a bit too crippling to characters.

I agree. I finished whole 2nd level fighting with Tiggy and Mophus (with falchions). In original DM, I am sure I had to sleep or use stamina potions, but in RTC I have finished whole level in several minutes (it means fast moving and a lot of fighting) and I never get in these 2 weak characters under 2/3 of stamina.

Definately, stamina is normally a crippling factor in early levels - and has anyone noticed the weight dropping effect?

Fixed this for V0.05
