Disappearing items (v0.07)

I have just used the Yew staff to 'dispell' a few ghosts. There are only a few dispell charges, and this option should be removed from the list when they are all gone. Instead, the entire staff disappears!

On a wider note, all objects currently only have 8 charges. I know this is right for some (e.g. the rings or fury) but probably isn't for many (e.g. wands). If anyone wants to measure the right values then I'll put them in.

I compiled a list of all hex values for charges in a general dmute hex reference doc, so i can post here/e-mail the section. But I don't know if they are used up in a 4 per charge basis or not...anyone confirm before I post?

These should be divided by four for the ACTUAL values, so for example Fury has 8 charges (20 Hex = 32 Decimal / 4 = 8).
