Do doors thump?

I let a door fall on a rat and it didn't make a thumping noise.
No damage walking into closing door.
I think this is a variant of the movement/.collision detection bug that the party and monsters experience. If the monster or party move into the door after it's started to fall, then there is no thump, and as far as I know for monsters no damage either.
Closing an open door on a creature or runing instantly into a closing door still infliucts damage (the dorr closing rountinine seems slower)
