Sound (V0.05)

For V0.05 sound has been implemented, however in a limited fashion. The purpose of posting this message here is to enable people to reply with their opinion (and to see if it works on all machines!).
1) For reasons of space the samples are limited to 11kHz, 16bit, mono, but are played back in full stereo (if you walk into a left wall you'll hear a "ooof" from the left etc). Having the samples at a decent sampling frequency and stereo would mean a down-load of about 2MB which won't fit onto a floppy disk so is a pain to transport about - in principle, for a final release it can be done though.
2) The sounds were captured (in a rush) from various versions of the game (on different platforms) and so probably won't be the same as you're expecting. In particular I discovered that the Amiga has creature footsteps whereas the ST didn't - as such I've included the option to disable the footstep noises in the Init.txt file if you prefer it that way. There are some other differences (e.g. the noise rock-monsters make when attacking) but these are all enabled for now.
3) I'm not sure if I've got all of the sounds. There are about 20 that are included in RTC now but they need checking. Does anyone know how to properly rip out the sounds (from any/all version(s)?)...
