Poison cloud

The "poison cloud" graphics was in RTC replaced by
the "green slim blob" graphics both for the
"transport" cloud as well as for the "target" cloud.
I believe that the "target" cloud disappears *too*
quickly.

I checked and the poison cloud 'bolt' looks right, though these were MON level by a

There was a long discussion about this before, and the upshot was that George changed the graphics for poison cloud and poison bolt so that they look different in RTC than DM.
In DM, the party casts THE SAME graphic for both spells (the small wispy cloud), and only monsters and launchers use the blobby graphic for bolts. In RTC, bolts always use the blobby graphic, regardless of who or what cast the spell.
I think that clouds from an OH VEN (cloud) spell dissipate correctly, and after several revisions I also think that the brief cloud created by a DES VEN (bolt) spell is also correct, so I'm not sure what the issue is here...
