Casters with very low mana (6 ot 7) still regain their mana too slow. In the original DM (er for the PC at least) characters with really low mana regain all their mana in about half the time characters with more mana do. Right now in RTC it takes about the same.

In DM mana below fourty (quite a wide range encompassed there) regenerated incrementally at 1 point, and wisdom determined speed (40 - 60 or 80 was 2, etc...)

I think RTC does it by percentage, which is why you notice a bigger difference between higher and lower spellcasters regenerating.
