Choppy mouse

The mouse movement is still choppy, specially (but not only) when I switch to other windows applications.

Pretty disturbing, a large divergence from the original DM. For me the number one I would like to see fixed.

I saw an interim release of RTC that had all the stuff of v13 except the multiple save games. The mouse choppiness had completely gone in that version.
However, it was back with the multiple save game version, although it's still much better than it was in previous versions. And if switching to other applications is causing the choppiness, then don't switch to other applications!
