Wall in Dain does not open

The floor pad at the Couatl level of Dain at z05/x02/y28 should open not only the wall at z05/x09/y03 as it is now, but also the wall at z05/x08/y02, giving direct access to the Key of B there.

Also, after the having passed the Couatl's lair of Dain the Wall at z4/x10/y22, that leads to the stairs up to the DDD, is not opened by the floor pad at z4/x14/y21 as it is supposed to be.
