Bad sounds

In DM/CSB sounds could be heard from more distance than in RTC.
For example when staying at (12,24,2) throwing "Open doors" spell at (12,29,2) spell explosion (and doors opening sound) could be heard in CSB but could not in RTC. I found many other places where this could cause problems (if I didn't know CSB, I hadn't got and idea if there are doors or not if no "open doors" sound could be heard).
