Wall decoration is missing

Look at the screenshots:

First is taken at (11,5,7), second one step forward (10,5,7). You can see that wall decoration is missing on the second screenshot. I am not 100% sure about coordinates, but shots are from that area so you can find wall decorations for yourself.
