I cannot save under CSB. The save button is unavailable.

The message is : "Cannot save due to compilation errors"

I'm using the 0.21 Version downloaded from main site.

Anyone has a clue ?

I don't understand why it won't compile, but the fact you are compiling it at all is the wrong way to go...remove the 'compile' line from your config file so you are running the games not comiling it from the source

I had this problem too. George found out it was a bug in the RTC.exe and gave me a bugfix. Mail me and I'll forward the fixed file to you.

Even with the version emailed, I always got this problem :

I create a party in prison. I save it without problems.

I go in "utility", create a new game with the prison savegame.

Once in game, the save button is disabled with the compilation errors message.

I have the same problem with the reactor dungeon when importing chars. But when I use the prison heroes, I can save.
It seems that the "utility" generates corrupted gamefiles.

Any info on this ?

Just tried it with my V0.21.1 . I resurrected 1 char (Leta) from the prison, saved, made a new adventure and saved again, no prob. Sorry if it ain't work for you.

Just tried again, resurrected 4 chars from prison, saved, made new adventure, no prob.
So what exactly did you do with the files I sent you?

Ok, it bugs with my DM party

When I put my savegame in the modules directory, CSB refuses to save anymore on ANY party. Even the one that worked previous. Any clue on this ?

And if I delete the DM savegame, the save button is active again... This is weird...

It works with my DM party for me.
One silly question: Do you use maybe an old desktop-link for DM, where there is still the old execute-in-directory for your V 0.21 instead of V0.21.1 ?

What you are describing is exactly the same bug I had before George fixed it.

Nope, I just copy-pasted the dm_original.sv0 file in the GOOD module directory.

Maybe I need another file ?

Ok it works. The exe file in your zip wasn't the good one. With this one it works well. Thanks a lot for your great help, CSB awaits me !

Ok. But in my 2nd mail, after I already had sent you the also corrupt zip-file, I also already had included the RTC.exe that works. So have fun with CSB.

I am getting the compile error in CSB also. Is it possible to get a copy of the bug fix please? I would be most grateful.
