In the orchard area (Where the giants throw axes at you after falling out of a tree) on the far east side, the map shows a few squares the other side of the hedge, heading towards a shop, but there does not seem to be any way to get there. Anyone managed to get there? I hate unexplored areas.

I've just played that area , there is a whole set of shops if you follow one of the hedges round (running, of course) so maybe you are seeing that from the wrong side?

I mapped this area very carefully and my map agreed with those available on the Unofficial DM Webs...Oh No! It has ceased to be. It has shuffled off this mortal coil etc. etc.
Anyway. there is definitely no obvious link, it just shows on the variuos mapping devices you can carry.

have you explored everything else in the game, then came back to that area?

P.s I'll try too find this area.

Go inside to the area with the fuel. Stand next to the fuel carts. Look at the map. You will see a room behind the wall. Presumily where the fuel in mined. You can't get there.
