Bye error

I was trying to play DM2 in windows ME and I get an error message saying "bye" and I dont have DOS does anyone know how I can Fix this?
Go to http://dmweb.free.fr, to the download section
THere is a dos boot disk with drivers too, that should let you play DM2 without errors
