ERRORS ON CSB!!!! Can't load an adventure!

Heeeeelp! Having conquered the ST emulators version of DM (automation disk 097) I decided to take on disk 192 CSB!

However, after folowing the instructions on the unofficial DM site, I cannot load the "new adventure" created using the utility program.
When I press resume on the prison door scene it displays this message:

SAVED GAME D!
so if anybody can help just reply here and I will check for answers!
By the way, I use WinSTon, not PacifiST and so therefore do not get the distortion on the "automation" screen.
Could this be the problem? will somebody find out? WILL I EVER PLAY CSB AGAIN?
