Ok, I started off taking the "Ku" pathway at the junction of ways, and now im in the DDD room.(where u first encounter the lava pits) It say s in the walkthrough that their is an altar that trades GOrCoins for items, I was just wondering where thatt w\altar was.

Where there is a set of stairs going up with "Diabolical Demon Director" or summat on the wall, go to the left and there is a stone door which needs a key to open, I think it is a sapphire one which is found in the fire pit room above, I think that is the room you are looking for.
