AdfOpus and DMute

Can someone please tell me how to load the DMSAVE.BAK part of my DMadf file into DMute using AdfOpus? Adfopus has the DM save files listed and one of them says "DMSAVE.BAK". I'm assuming it's this file that I'm supposed to load into DMute correct? But how do I do it? It won't allow me to copy and paste it into DMute. It just lets you rename, delete, or make a new directory. What steps do I take?
