New stuff in Chaos

Chaos has got to be one of the most complex designed games I've ever played. I wonder if there's anything we still haven't found?
Has anyone ever gotten a complete set of that black (SAR?) armor? I seem to remember getting a lot of odd pieces of armor and other items from that coin room under the demon area, but I remember thinking I hadn't gotten everything.
What about that jail cell just past the stairs in front of the scorpion level? Has anyone gotten in there?
I seem to remember a CSB hint book being offered by FTL.. did anyone get that?
