how do you get the new imiges to work in rtc?

There is a file called init.txt, open it.
remove the semicolen from where it says
;Override.txt
and then save it
Then go to the override dir and open bitmaps.txt and remove the semicolens from any of the currently available images you have.
Make sure the different dirs are all there within the 'Graphics' dir which should be in the main RTC dir that you created. (in other words where the .exe is)
ok, so when I'm done the full set I will provide an altered bitmaps.txt for download with the full one.
