chani update

My chani image is being printed in a vampire book of all things.. so I decided to update it since it had to be repainted anyway.. so much more detail.

Very realistic background...how did you get it?
I must admit that while the rest is great, i prefer the face of the original better

by using realistic elements and painting over them. I used real rocks and painted shadows around them to make them fit.. for some parts I had to paint in my own but for the most part.. to update this I didn't want to have to take too long, and painting them all by hand from scratch would have taken too long. I essentially did what we do in 3D to make a realistic texture.. borrow a bit from life and then use our imagination.
As for the face, I had to repaint it. It looked a little too much like someone and they didn't want it in print the size it would end up being. so this is why it's so different.

ahh but what would I put in it? the skull or the girls head? how much should be in it?

The girl's head, of course, if you ask me. It's Chani, not the skeleton that is a character. It'll only be a glimpse from the original picture, but I like the look she casts down a lot.

Well I don't know it's name at least. But maybe someone wants a skeleton as an avatar... you never know
