Not yet -- there are bits and pieces that Cowsmanaut produced, and both he and I have been tinkering with it on and off for a while, but nothing is complete so far...

I've lost interest with RTC graphics at the moment -- I need to know whether certain features will be implemented in the RTC engine before I will be happy making new graphics sets, but George has been very quiet on the subject...

I believe Cowsmanaut can send you or post a link to his graphics if he wants to - the last set I had a look on was -as usually with cows- very good quality.

ok.. no making the cow blush allowed here.

there were some on http://chaos.zpc.cz/files.html

they should all be there still but I still need to add some of those I added to the set. Just never uploaded them.

Sorry, I couldn't resist! :)

I have no idea whether Cowsmanaut's samples are in a format that RTC can currently use. I suspect not. Unfortunately, there is not yet a simple way of getting graphics into RTC.

It requires that you mess around with the TXT files supplied with the game. I've done a lot of experimenting with this, and it is very straightforward, but timeconsuming. Your best bet is to take a look at Andyboy's guide to RTC editing. It's not complete, and is an early draft, but it should help get you on your way.

I think this is the latest link:

yeah, they used to be. The txt file that was with them is no longer of any relevant use. Now you need to go in and the dungeon to accept the graphics by putting in the names of each peice. I know Billgus did one such map with the most current of my gfx however, I've not seen him on in a long while.

Hopefully Andy's new editor will take this into account too.

Another petition for V0.25... ;o) import graphics in an easier way...

Point Noted. Easy import of graphics via editor.. I think that will have to be a version 1.1 feature.

Thank you. I'm not sure this is something that should be done only in the editor, but for the other part George will have to cast his vote on whether or not he wants to implement it in RTC.
