anagrams - NO CROP IS, RUIN MOAT

spirit girl poem -

"When corridor doth water meet,
do not make a quick retreat.
Take a breath and dive in
If your trial you hope to win."

Of its tail beware.
Shield yourself against its spikes
Flying through the air."

Well, I really have decided to get rid of the Lone Wolf books (plus all kinds of other junk). I am moving house in 3 weeks time, so I've left it a bit late, but I've started with the Lone Wolf stuff.

You can check out my auctions on Ebay here:

http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZgambit.37QQhtZ-1

Beowuuf, you might like to post this on the LW forum you mentioned -- I have a copy of book 20 that is near mint that I had completely forgotten about... :)

Wow, quick!

I decided to keep the MC: It's personalised to me while all the others are more egenric autographs. Plus, it's missing some counters.

It's written by the guy who did GrailQuest -- There were only four books -- I never completed the series and didn't really get into them, but I recall it was written quite well. I honestly can't remember how they played! More here:

But there were hundreds of thousands made, so it's not rare.

Rare means "very few" or "very little" of some item exists.

I'm not sure. The first version of DM for Atari ST is quite rare as it has a different box that shows things on the back that didn't make it into the final game. Doug Bell said only "a few thousand" of those exist.

Japanese DM2 for Mac is quite rare also. I don't know how many were made.

BTW, people put "Rare" on ebay auctions to try and increase sales, it doesn't mean the item actually IS RARE. I have used the same technique myself -- it's a little white lie... ;-)

I seriously doubt that Yugioh game is related to DM...

Hmm, the PC DM box I have also has the stuff that doesn't really exist on the back - like a blanked out hand and the lost corridor

No, I'm talking about the version with the slipcase for the manual -- it has totally different screens shown than the box you're talking about. I have a copy :-)

Kinda surprised that LW#20 is still so low -- other than the noted divot, it's near enough a mint unread copy!

Although I wasn't too bothered about making a lot of money (I'm simply trying to declutter my life), I hope there's a bit more activity towards auction end.... ;-)

BTW, I just put a copy of Ultima Underworld 1 & 2 online if anyone's interested....?

I noticed.... :-)

People are mad: I just sold my Nathan Barley DVD for 12.60 including postage. It's £8.99 on Amazon and if you buy it with something else, you can get it delivered free...

Oh, I also just added Lands of Lore 2 as well. Right, I need sleep!

I have 2 old Amiga games some of you might be interested in: Black Crypt and Knightmare -- is it worth me putting them on eBay?
