Dungeon Master Forum

Hi all. I need help in running DM Java. I've downloaded the Java Runtime Environment and the DM Java program together with all three of the latest patches. Now exactly where do I unzip all these things and what do I click on to get it to run? I tried unzipping the Java Runtime Environment into its own folder and the Dungeon Master Java + Patches into its own folder but I can't seem to get anything to run.

What you did sounds right(assuming you did install Java runtime, not just unzip), now just make a batch file within your DMJava directory with

java dmnew

in it, then run the batch file.

Game looks good, too, tho I am stuck already :-)

suggest you go the ezboard link from the DMjava homepage. There are plenty of messges about how to set up the program. I think the guy in charge is working on a self executable program so there will be no hassle in the future...
