Go in the Way of the Wizard, at the level where you see fireballs bouncing on teleporters.
There are slime devils here, and you can find a Vorpal Blade.
Look through the walls with OH KATH RA, or look into the map : you will see a door behind a wall, to the north.
It is clear that this wall should be removed, but... how ??? Buttons here just add monsters or more fireballs.

I think you mean level 5. The door is at 05(19,03).
The ASCII dump function of the Windows version of CSB
confirms that no switches have this door as a target.
If it can be opened, it must be opened with an "Open
Door" spell. Unfortunately, the dump does not say
whether this will work. I will try to implement that
capability in future versions.

Replace the Vorpal Blade in the alcove and the wall will dissappear. I don't remember if you can then retake it. Try taking it and moving very quickly to where the wall was...

You can do this manoeuver multiple times on the Amiga version of CSB. Replacing the vorpal opens the wall behind which is a portcullis that requires an onyx key to open it. It also sets off all the Rive generators too....
Don't know if this works on the ST version - I seem to recall that passage didn't exist on that version...? Can you confirm that Andy?

I opened the mini.dat from the ST versions of CSB, and the passage is here.

It is in the ST version. I just got there today. Putting
any object in the alcove will open the passage. So
you can keep the Vorpal blade to Dispell the monsters.
