The Final Level

I'm currently exploring the FUL YA-pit level. The Hint Oracle says, that if I have the Crown of Nerra and Pendant Feral, the Zytazes would stop generating. I have both of these items, but there are still zytazes bugging me. Do I have to wear them, hold them in hand or place them somewhere?
I'm using RTC v0.24

There are some Zytaz on that level to begin with. Once you've cleared them out, they regenerate from some floor actuators dotted about, but only if you're NOT wearing said items.
If this isn't working in RTC, there's probably a flaw in the logic. You should post your comment on the RTC forum:

Yes, I believe that was the case. I was always under the impression, that there are NO Zytazes initially on that level. Killed 7 of them. After that, no signs of them anywhere :)
btw, I completed CSB for the first time of my life :) I'm so happy...

I bought the game back in 1990 and I solved it for the first time last year (with an Atari Emulator), so I know the feeling. Welcome to the gang! :)
