Ok, i got the game to work using startup disk from this site.
The promlem is, i have two soundcards - on-board and SB Live!.
I think they share IRQ 11.
I CAN'T DISABLE ONBOARD SOUND IN BIOS :(
So, when startup disk loads sound drivers i get IRQ conflict.

Is there any way to change IRQ of one card? I don't have such an option in BIOS.
Or any other fix? Please help.

Use the software thats for one of your sound cards. ;)

Hah, fixed.
Now i have the reboot problem, same as in other threads :(
Sound works in setup.exe test, but it reboots after interplay logo.
