hmmmm music

I recently downloaded the midi files for dm2 on my computer and they sounded great with the drivers I used to open them with, so I was wondering if novice-master programerer could make a make a program that made dm2 use different drivers then the ones in the setup menu (so we all can in enjoy that kick ass music)
