Bin and Cue files

I have Therons Quest .bin and .cue files. I was just wondering how I make them into an ISO to use with Daemon Tools. Thanks guys! (P.S. I don't have a CD burner.)
Daemon tools can open the bin/cue directly. No conversion needed.
Download and use the latest version if possible (currently 3.11)
