Dungeon Master |Collective Nouns

While writing a small snippet of my Conflux 2 Quest of Legend, I called a group of antmen a "horde". But it doesn't sound right.

I wonder what a group of antmen should really be known as? Come to that, what would the collective nouns be for all the dungeon denizens? Let's base this on DM and CSB -- ignore Conflux 2's new names for now. And they have to be kind of new, or variations of exisiting nouns.

Here's a couple for starters:

A thicket of screamers
A tribe of trolin

What is a group of ant's called. Is it a farm.

That sounds a bit naff as well though.

Maybe that will help.

I thought this would appeal to you fuzzface! I love the scorpion and the swamp slime: a flubber of swamp slime! :)

A jabber of vexirks -- he he.

These are all very cool! But be thankful you're in work -- unemployment isn 't all it's cracked up to be (though it's giving me some time to play Conflux 2 which is cool....)

Antmen - maybe a hive? What are antmen?

bees have hives, whcih is why they need all that ointment
ants have farms, and produce the bees oitment for a reasonable price
i fell asleep through the rest of primary school, and the next thing i knew we were learnign calculus, so i missed one or two minor details about the rest

and antmen are the blue meanies in csb

Here's a little thing that you might find interesting :)
Monster: The ancient Romans believed the birth of a deformed
animal was an omen of bad things to come. The word “monster” comes
from monstrum, the Latin word for “warning.”

usually it's a warning that you are going to lose some health.
