When playing dm for pc or csb for w/l i cannot hear the horn of fear sample or the warcry .
Is that normal? I would really like to hear all original sound effects.
Same source code or sth?( dm for pc and csb for linux /win).

CSB Win is based on the Atari version of CSB. This didn't have war cry, the horn of fear, or many other sound effects (monster movement sounds mainly). Only the PC and Amiga versions have the full complement of sounds.
