I think that this is the problem that has been plaguing Ameena. I've just had it too:

If you create a new object in the [New - Objects] section, but don't place it anywhere in the dungeon, RTC bombs out at the 'Saving dungeon..." message. It generates error logs and diags files, but there is nothing useful in there relating to this problem.

This used to happen in I think v0.24, and I thought it was fixed, but it's reared it's ugly head again.

I've had a similar problem with no new objects and no clones at all, so I'm not sure that this needs to be the reason for the crash. I received an empty log file and 0 warnings and errors and RTC still could not load the dungeon.
